Shipping Information
- We ship to qualifying addresses in the 50 states, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
- Free shipping within the US. Additional shipping fees are applied to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
- All our meat products are shipped frozen via FedEx, UPS with Standard Overnight service(Next Day Shipping by 6PM).
- Delivery times vary by area. You can check FedEx's estimated delivery time frames on fedex.com.
- We ship all packages with “Signature Release,” which means that signature is not required for delivery.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
- All shipments require a street address.
- We are not responsible for any shipment that is delivered incorrectly and/or undeliverable due to incomplete, incorrect and/or invalid shipping addresses. Please double check your shipping address when you place orders.
- Estimated delivery dates are subject to change and do not include weekends or holidays.
- Unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, can cause shipments to be delayed.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays or problems caused by the shipping company, failed delivery attempts, adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.
Return / Refund
As meat products are perishable, please do not return any order unless our Customer Service representative will ask you to do so.

If you receive a product that needs to be considered for return or refund, please contact us within 2 days of delivery date. We will work with you to create a fair solution. This may require a photo of the product for our internal record and insurance requirement.
